    I want to second this. It is wonderful to have something like this when our team is losing games in what is an increasingly meaningless season. Our team can survive a few bad seasons but it sure hurts sometimes to watch the guys struggle.

    I'm also an Oakland Raiders fan and a Notre Dame fan. ND started off 6-0, lost defensive starters, and they're about to be 1-5 in their last six. Oakland has 1 win on the season. This has been a miserable year for my teams. Oh, I'm also a Phillies fan. Worst record in their division this year.

    good stuff. I really hope the NBA makes it a nationally televised game when Kobe is about to break the record or I hope the game just lands on the day we play on National TV. I dont think it will happen, too far away, but how cool would it be if Kobe broke the record in CHI on Christmas day?!?!

    Why couldn't he just be doing all this while shooting 50% and announcing that he's donating 1/2 of his salary for the remainder of his contract to his homelessness in LA initiative :)?!

    Kobe did it again. He and Jason Kidd are now the only two players with a triple double at age 36+, and he's the only 36+ triple doubler with 20+ points in the 3x2. He did it twice.
