    him walking off with a fully torn Achilles, was just as remarkable as his play on the court, he was one of the toughest players i have ever seen

    See ^^^ …. THT has the start of some of that footwork, but only uses it down near the basket. If he would develop a simple mostly straight up actual jump shot a little bit further away from the backboard he could get off a hell of a lot more shots. I don’t get him at all. That would be such a conventional and easy shot to get off with his long arms and big hands and decent hops. Instead of at 20 years old copying old men Dirk and LeBron one legged fall back shot, that he still gets stuffed on sometimes. Handy should help him get a clue in the mid range area since for now at least he’s horrible from deep.

    I can't believe its been 2 years already. It's still incredibly shocking every time I think about it. He was just too big and still had so much to offer. Only when we reach eternity we'll know all the answers.

    How fitting is that, Lakers record is 24-24 right now
