O, If we're talking about which big market looks more attractive to play for now it's clearly us. I had the biggest grin on my face this morning when I saw the report about Melo willing to call off his no trade clause.
Melo has a loser mentality. He took the money to stay with a clearly awful Knicks team, over going to Chicago and immediately contending. I'm extremely glad we didn't sign him.
I think he has more of a "I'm going to make my money" mentality. There was a vague report about how he was willing to take the money to stay in New York then just demand a trade if he couldn't take it remember? I mean obviously it's not 100% about winning because if he was about winning he'd be in Chicago right now.
That's a different way of saying loser mentality to me, same thing. He wanted the Knicks money, he wanted the business opportunies of NY, these things were clearly above winning. Give Kobe even now his roster in the East and they are not 4-20, he's a loser, and I don't buy that he really cares.
I think he cares about only one thing: that money. That's it! He is arrogant enough to think he can get his cake and eat it to by demanding a trade. Who would do that? Just crazy.
Zach Lowe @ZachLowe_NBA · Dec 11 The 2014-15 Lakers are incredible. I've never seen a show quite like them.
Zach Lowe is a basketball writer on Grantland. He dissects NBA games and breaks down the X's and O's...as for the relevance, I thought it was funny considering this season has turned into a soap opera and Kobe is the leading actor in this show we call the Lakers...
Mike Trudell ✔ @LakersReporter No Kawhi Leonard probably means more of Danny Green guarding Kobe, with Marco Belinelli or Manu Ginobili, and perhaps more Kobe points.
Kobe is going for 39pts, 7 rbs, 5ast, 2 stls in a Lakers win.... BOOK IT. (of course if it doesn't happen then return the book cause it was obviously flawed )
Well, at least Lakers are not a boring franchise, like boston... Drama was a part of the show for while (Kobe era). Didn't stop LAL from winning titles... We all gonna miss Kobe when he retires- his good and bad sides....)))
I get it. No problem. It's entertaining. I'm not criticizing. Kobe's the only one that keeps me intrigued at this point...
That's okay. You do more than enough for us Lakers fans anyway. I know eventually it will be on Youtube.
