    Kobe,

We have one last task to ask of you before you ride into the sunset, it may be one of the most challenging of your career given our record and coach but we believe in you and appreciate your efforts

I think there's an incredibly small chance, but a chance. There's going to have to be a looooooooooooot of stuff go our way for it to happen though.

Hopefully they are just being cautious with him and it's nothing serious ...

I hope the shoulder is alright, I really want to see him finish the season on his own terms, not injured. That's one reason I've wanted to see his minutes at around 25 per game, win or lose. We suck anyway, he should be monitored closely to be kept as healthy as possible. Obviously dunking hard and hurting your shoulder isn't a minutes thing, so I'm not complaining, just saying in other areas we should be more careful with him. It's a reminder that his season and career could end on one play.

This one's even more moronic than the others - because DA shifts naturally to the 1, and we have a dozen wings on the team.

    *sigh*
Line up should always be DAR, JC, Kobe, Randle, Hibbert. If Kobe's out then replace with Young or Metta. Simple as that. But here we are with Mr Invisible who can't even keep up with DLeague play starting against KD.

^^^ Agreed, Brown shouldn't be playing. He's not an NBA player at the moment. Nick should start and Metta should probably be activated.

The starting 5 should be :

DAR- JC- Nick-Randle-Black , playing an uptempo style then comes the subs : Lou/Kobe/Metta/Bass/Hibbert .

Hibbert playing some minutes with the starting 5 .

Putting the slow Kobe and the VERY slow Hibbert with the 3 yougins isn't a good fit .

Any updates on Kobe's shoulder? Please don't let the surgery he had done and all the rehab be jacked up again. It was a very cool moment but a harmless looking dunk. Just like the 2 handed one last year. [IMG] [IMG]
