McHale, Lionel Hollins, Blatt, Hornacek, Fisher and now Karl. And Thibs still jobless, boggles my mind why we still have BS.

And the worst coach in the league, one of the worst coaches in league history, continues to cash checks

Queens should have not fired Malone in the 1st place .

I don't think Karl has done a good job so far but what can you really expect from a team with DMC, Rondo and Gay as its big 3 ?

I think since the mark Jackson firing, I've started to think about most coaching changes as being more complicated than what's happening on the floor. Byron's job security speaks to his relations with management, imo. they must be ok with what he's doing, and perhaps equally as important, he probably knows his role and keeps out of FO business.

karl supposedly showed up in sac and tried to trade their best player without consulting their management. I'm sort of surprised he wasn't fired on the spot.

now, the Malone firing is still a bit mysterious.

I expect the lakers will try to let go of scott gracefully this summer.

This is what you get when you hire family, and as much as we have grown to hate Byron as a coach, he is a member of the extended Lakers family.

This is the top reason he hasn't been fired IMO.

I just pray that when Scott is in that spot, he doesn't call Karl up to get any pointers on how to save his skin.

Cause of a scenario was to play out where Scott begged and groveled his way into future job security, I'm done with the team.

That franchise front office is maybe the only one overtly worse than ours.

Maybe Dolan is in there too.

I thought Vlade did a mighty fine job in building their roster, but one can't do good things with a disgruntled center...
