Maybe like runner's high, except you Blackout but continue to work out while unconscious so your muscle memory is enhanced... Manchurian candidate bball assassin.

There was an article posted many years ago that detailed the workout routine, but essentially lifting weights and running until you blackout (pass out).

Kobe used to do them all the time, but I don't know if he does them anymore because it takes a lot out of the body and Kobe's an older athlete now-a-days

even though Kobe is there to say everything to Randle personally, I'm really happy Kobe's "Muse" came out now. just in time for Randle to watch it and be fueled by it. i'm sure it gave him a new prospective about rehabilitation and also a new look at Kobe in his age and the work he has done to become the best in the league.

Cool. Good for the teammates to build a little chemistry for next year.

Would be awesome if he would play a few games, just to get a little taste...

Randle has a very smooth outside stroke... He and Clarkson could do some damage to opposing defenses next season.

Great he's cleared for no contact workouts, but I thought he had to go from the elliptical to the anti gravity treadmill after that? Maybe he did already. [IMG]

He'd been doing that for a few weeks already. His recovery has been kept somewhat under wraps, but he's closer to being able to play than not.

Man this is great to see. First thread I clicked on when I first visited this site today was this one, and that's such a positive sight in such a downer of a season.

With good news hard to come by as a Laker fan right now, those videos, tweets, and pics were certainly much needed.

With he and Kobe being around the team more for this final stretch, I'd rather Kobe focus on pointing out things to him (since they'll likely be next to each other in suits) and then to JC during timeouts.

Looks like he's kept himself in pretty good shape considering his limited mobility. Always refreshing when someone with an injury doesn't go the Shaq route (not that that's in his DNA...).

They can score. Randle puts pressure on the D. I'm really excited to see what that duo can do next year.

"Ultimate goal is to have yourself ready to win a championship & I dont want to lose I want to contend" He had that quote in the video I posted; I love him more and more everytime I hear him...

This guy knows how to do interviews, very well spoken and knows exactly what to say. This quality alone make me very confident in having him be the franchise cornerstone for the future. His basketball skills aren't too shabby either.

really hoping for good health from here on out with him. I like how he was making the transition during the preseason...you could see things coming together by the day. get everything back strong and balanced, then be ready to kick some a** next year.
