I grant you this one, sounds interesting. Except the part where Vando wasn't doing yoga. At least they didn't say so. And dang, ain't yoga challenging enough without a boot haha?
lol if they could got game 2: it would have been avalanche of good news for the Lakers for the rest of the playoffs
Denver isn't the best matchup for Jarred. The hustle and rebounding, couldn't hurt for 10min or so though.
Murray would have a field day against that lineup. Size isn't the problem, the smallest guy on their team,is the one killing us.
I love Vando but worry about trying to work more guys into the line up. I hate that we don't have a set group of guys at this point.
i'm vando's #1 fan, and i'm not sure i want to see him on the floor. i feel like gabe--despite really competing defensively--has mucked things up more than helped. our playoff rotation should be lebron AD rui reaves dlo dinwiddie prince hayes if we must not how i envisioned it, but it's where we're at.
Yeah. At this point we need to pick a group and run with it. I get guys needing breathers but our big guns need to be on the floor as much as we can have them out there. From there, pick 3 bench guys and absent injury or something that's pretty much it. I'm open to swapping Wood for Hayes if Wood is ready to go, but even then its a quick hook if he isn't.
And now: a peak into the FUTURE!!! Vanderbilt Hoping to Start With Revamped Lakers OCT 27, 2024 (Los Angeles) (AP) Lakers forward Jarred Vanderbilt is "still two weeks away" and will be "re-evaluated soon" for a "nagging" foot injury suffered during last season's game in Boston. A Lakers assistant coach said Vanderbilt will likely start the upcoming regular season on the injured list, but that the 25 year old is participating in shoot-arounds and that new Lakers head coach Phil Handy is "excited" to have the defensive specialist back sometime soon for this upcoming season. Experts wonder how many games the Lakers will win this year after a tumultuous off-season in which Darvin Ham was fired, followed by Lebron James demanding to be traded and everyone except Anthony Davis, Austin Reaves and Vanderbilt were packaged in various trades. The revamped Lakers hope to get some scoring from Tra...(sorry, my precognitive powers started buffering here, but you get the gist)
Why the f*** didn't ham try him. He played Hayes and Vincent who looked awful just like the rest of the series. At least you know he'll help you on defense and the glass
There's always next round, and besides, Ham saved some timeouts and play call challenges for next round too.
