But a LOT of the good for the offense and energy and chemistry came and still comes from DLO and AR playing together in the starting lineup with Vando being great in helping with the perimeter defense and rebounding and disrupting the passing lanes. It deserves re-visiting by any kind of logic rather than every other combination BUT that.
If D'Angelo and Austin are hitting their shots..that lineup was weak defensively last season too. Shroeder and Vincet absence hits hard this season. It's not like those guys would play more minutes than Reaves or Russell. However we are going with Yasuke tonight..more offense I guess
Hustle hustle hustle. Like i said in the Cam thread, those two did some damage together defensively. Nice to see them both healthy. Initial bench lineup with them didn't work, Ham tweaked it by putting better balance on the floor and they were off.
Energizer bunny mode activated. f***ing Ham. Some grade A+ diving to the basket in this one. Bron does a great job of finding him when the defense loses him or just ignores him.
And we should start him Sat for covering Steph while leaving AR in the starting lineup with DLO but Jacka** won’t …. watch. He thinks Prince has a chance of outshooting him.
I'm glad that Ham managed his injuries carefully so that he could ramp up slowly and be ready to impact the playoffs for us. (Trying to stay positive)
If Vando can keep giving us double digit points, he is totally our starter. If he can do this, it makes Rui expendable and then we can look to move Rui for a good backup to DLO. What worries me about that is that we disrespected DLO enough that he might just not resign with us. Not sure this team isn't doomed but I have really liked Vando being able to finish drives lately.
it's doubly weird because he played 41 minutes. so in the 17 minutes he didn't play, we got murdered.
