My problem with him is that he’s a “big guard” (6’5/6’6) who plays like he’s 5’11, and has zero bounce off the floor. I remember when he was picked, and Rob congratulated Buss on the pick after he called it in. Almost like, “hey, don’t blame me for this pick.”
Sir, I have made an entire large batch of new ones, but the boss man has had a combination of time and technical related issues that have made replacing the current gif stack a bit complicated. But I do have them hosted over at https://lakergifs.com/ Might just have to search by player. I need to do some updates and archiving as well. We had such roster turnover every year, it got to be kind of a pain to keep updated.

He’s not ready, clearly, he needs to be playing every single game in the G-League working on his game, building some confidence at that level running an NBA offense. Don’t throw him out there to look like this in regular season games, WTF man? I’m not even high on this kid, he could never play meaningful minutes, but you’re not helping him doing this when he’s clearly in his own head
Needs the game to slow down for him. He needs PT with these superior athletes to let him game adjust. Staying on the bench with a veteran team that doesn't practice much is not a good way to develop the kid and prepare him for the Show.
yeah, he's clearly not ready for nba minutes right now. zero confidence. hasn't adjusted to speed of the game. the g league can help with that. has he played a minute there? and let me just ham rant again here: you've decided not to play a pg in the starting lineup, but the counter is to throw the rookie--whose biggest weakness is shooting--into the first quarter of a game against a team that's zoning you up to the point of embarrassment? why? WHY?!
You know, Gilbert Arenas (I know, I know, but stay with me...lol) mentioned maybe we were trying to showcase guys for other teams and that thought did cross my mind watching JHS last night. It was a spectacular failure if that was the plan, but I'm grasping for anything with some of what we are seeing.
The best way to showcase him is to run collegiate sizzle reels on the jumbotron and give his agent a copy to send to other teams. Cause all we've done is torpedo any value he had
we're definitely not showcasing jhs, as we've put him in positions to fail time and again. why isn't he in the g-league?! superstar cam whitmore has been there!
