now list those who have not..... It's a MUCH longer list sir. Those are the outliers. Hopefully our man is one of them. And it was just an observation. No scientific method involved.
How can a Lakers forum not even mention Kareem Abdul Jabbar when talking about 3 name players. I could forgive Metta World Peace but come on. Place is going downhill
Call me a hater but I haven't been impressed with anything I've seen from him since my first watch of him and I'm being kind after what he put out there tonight. That being said he was drafted as a PG, he can't shoot so why for the love of god would Ham as your corner outlet 3 ball shooter????????? At least play to his strength and let him dribble and get the Lakers into a PnR.
This year, he certainly is not. I do not want to see him get another minute. Get him with South Bay, play him 30 minutes a night and check back in on him in the summer (unless we trade him). If we need something to compensate for DLO and Gabe being out, bring up Pip Jr or Hodge. The defense was nearly as bad as the offensive mistakes. Missed rotation, defender gets by him and he has to foul Got fouled, but still. This will go on the what could've been vs what is reel when the two get compared.
that play was brutal: may have swung the game. instead of getting within 2, Heat went up by 7! Just lot a ton of momentum after cutting lead down from 11
Hate hate hate this pick more and more each time I watch JHS play Absolute waste of a pick - and what hurts even more is the 3 guys taken right after him....Jaquez, Podz and Whitmore (who hasn't played much but I would STILL take him over JHS!!!)
Wait, we talking about Lew Alcindor? Changing the name to 3 names doesn't count. One must be born with 3 names. HUGE difference.
here's a list with Hyphens from a couple of years ago. Chris Jackson is also not included due to the name change. For every solid player, there are multiple scrubs. If I go deeper beyond the hyphen, it gets ugly real quick. Karl-Anthony Towns Shareef Abdur-Rahim Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Al-Farouq Aminu Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Dorian Finney-Smith Michael Carter-Williams Willie Cauley-Stein Rondae Hollis-Jefferson Michael Kidd-Gilchrist Nickeil Alexander-Walker Tariq Abdul-Wahad DeVaughn Akoon-Purcell Keita Bates-Diop* Ruben Boumtje-Boumtje Bryce Dejean-Jones Chris Douglas-Roberts Khalid El-Amin Marcus Georges-Hunt* Talen Horton-Tucker* Didier (DJ) Ilunga-Mbenga Darius Johnson-Odom Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot* Trey McKinney-Jones* Naz Mitrou-Long* Xavier Rathan-Mayes* Ha Seung-Jin Juan Toscano-Anderson* Nigel Williams-Goss* Justin Wright-Foreman*
This feels like a technicality that might not be that technical. I'll gather the team and discuss this. Why can't you guys just let me have this? Our team sucks. I have only two things to hang my hat on these days. My claim about 3 name players My observations of quota related issues in the NBA Guess I'll just work more. It's more fun than watching Laker games these days. It's not even fun to make gifs of suckage. How many more Ham gifs can one make when you don't think he'll even be here that long? You start making crap like this.... bunny hop in the pea patch? --Chick Hearn (Probably)
I suppose to be even more technical, most of us have a 3rd name, but we don't all use it. Do both names actually appear in either the First Name or Last Name section when filling out documents, or are they sneaking in their middle name. I don't actually care that much to research it thoroughly, but I have theories about those that feel they need to be known by 3 names. Initial research indicates it's not a positive except in rare circumstances. So of the 2.17% players there are a few exceptions. It's a really miniscule amount. The rest are suckage. and no, Metta World Peace or Fluffy Silly Panda don't count either.
