Yes, unfortunately Cam Whitmore was the one that got away, as catastrophic drafting snub as Kawhi and Jokic, maybe lol Even the Eye test theory by @LTLakerFan would clearly show Cam Whitmore jumps higher and shoots better but he won’t acknowledge this for his blind belief on our scouting department. Plus @sirronstuff’s opinion on this matter is automatically invalid for just trying to get a rise off me every time.
Played better tonight and good playmaking. Still can't get his shot going...he needs time in G-league and I think he'll figure it out. But man...just wish we didn't pass on a potential all star wing in Whitmore to draft JHS....nobody was gonna draft him that high and we coulda traded back into the early second roudn to take JHS there...missed opp but it's all good scouting dept gets my respect no matter what for what they've done over last several years
Needs to get down to South Bay and work with our coaches asap. He had a couple nice push-the-pace-find-the-open-man plays when he settled down.
You’re winning the whining award so far in this thread though it’s close. But you’re funny with the disses in your pain. Put your attention instead on Max Lewis. He can be Cam lite this year like Rui is Kawhi lite. Next year however let’s see.
Tough break for JHS. he is looking like the early fruntrunner for the annual “guy the fan base blames everything on” award. Lol.
As I’ve said a few times, we literally never draft guys I’m looking at or am familiar with so I wasn’t surprised we took him and I’m not down on him. Yet. Lol
Or .... Rui Hachimura and Max Lewis plus a 6'6" solid D truck of a good point guard .... if the scouts and front office, who hashed all this out for months, are right and people here just over reacting about him?
Don't disrespect my man THT like that: he was putting 18+ ppg with 6+ apg to finish the season last year
if THT can stay consistent he'll have a really good season. he was great a times last year but was just far too inconsistent
