I think I agree. Kyrie could turn this into a last stand of defiance thing to justify leaving altogether. But something tells me he’ll be here this season, somehow some way.

if you have a key player that will be unavailable for half your games, that could be a season killer. He has a point. Something of note I thought was interesting. It says they won't be paid if they don't follow local mandates. This opens the door for LOTS of new requirements throughout the year in each new City. Hopefully that won't happen, but the possibility remains.

It's a thing in New York and San Fran. Not sure there is a reason to think other cities won't do the same thing or add to it.
sorry--i thought you meant extending the conditions, not the geography. the latter is totally fine and not scary. the former is problematic. requiring public health measures is neither new nor threatening. so i'm fine with doing the same thing in places that choose to (freedom). as far as extending it, i'd have to hear what that meant. mine was obviously a farce.
If you've ever played Balderdash, it's hilarious and frightening to hear some of the laws still on the books in cities all over the place. Truly outdated stuff, wow. Nothing would surprise me.
