He just doesn't fit with the vision the Lakers have. I love great post game, but he doesn't belong here. Besides watching him and Simmons act out next season is going to be pretty entertaining.
Are you trolling us or are you of the opinion he is worthy of the same consideration??? Do I need to go watch clips on him? Been taking everyone's word that nothing is sure with him being really good or possible euro bust.
OK I went and watched clips. Well one clip. I was more impressed with Porzingis' athleticism and throwing the ball down Big Man as Pops Walton used to like to say. Plus run extremely well, handle and shoot the lights out. Maybe my one clip was nowhere near the best to judge him by. Laying the ball in as art is fine for over there but this is a man's league and he better be able to power it in. All that said he's a lot further off from being special in a Lakers lineup starting or off the bench than either Simmons or Ingram. Or you just like running like that and holding them? :Headbang:
My friends and I have a theory where you can tell how big of a star a player is going to be by how unique/cool their name is. Like Joe Smith and Kurt Thomas were decent players but they were never going to be superstars. Dragan Bender might very well go down as the greatest basketball player of all time.
