Anyone else still watching? The last episode was kind of slow, but the one before that was epic. I loved seeing the return of
Deathlok. I thought his suit looked better. I'm hoping eventually it's a little more true to the comics, but we'll see I guess. It's an ABC show and his comic look is a little unsettling so maybe they can't quite go in that direction.
    .

I'm digging the OlmosShield vs. Coulson thing. I think it's a solid tie-in to the upcoming Civil War themes of Non-Powered people vs. Powered people.

I'm still watching, this season has been very entertaining, I think the main reason for that is the emergence of Skye. It's adding another/different fold to what the show has been about.

Yeah I find it pretty interesting they're getting into Inhuman stuff. I mean the Inhuman movie doesn't come out until 2019... That's four seasons of development along the Inhumans front. Have they fired this gun too soon? If we don't see some real Inhuman stuff for four years honestly It's going to drag on and on...

I definitely like it right now though! Her powers are fantastic. She's got Avengers level power just like the comics. Awesome stuff.

Thought inhumans was coming out sooner? If it's 2019 they might have started a little early but it probably saved the show. Maybe after this season the inhumans story line takes a back seat to the civil war storyline?

Inhumans got pushed back because of the arrival of Spider-Man just like Black Panther, Thor 3, and Captain Marvel

Yeah I think you're right. At some point, Skye abandons the Inhuman thing and she continues her development as a SHIELD agent and some greater threat/event becomes the story-line. The Inhuman thing will probably get revisited after the Age of Ultron and Civil War fall out...

Still I can't wait until next week. First we get Daredevil, then Skye demolishes a mountain, then we get Ultron at the end of the month... Marvel is killing their productions right now.

Yeah I think once she learns how to control her powers she'll just be one of those super shield agents like deathlok.

She's got Hulk and Thor level power if she gets it under control.

Quake is a pretty sweet character. So far they're nailing it with her abilities.

I admit I stopped watching in Season 1, but it has done a complete 180. I am very curious to see if they use Mockingbird to replace Black Widow in the movies as I'm sure Scarlet will grow weary of playing the character much longer. Will Quake be in the Inhumans movie? Just how far are they willing to make Agents of Shield a part of the greater universe.

I heard a weird rumor. I'll put it in spoilers just in case it comes true:
I heard they might make her Captain Marvel in a twist that separates from the comics. They'd transition her to Captain Marvel and have someone else come in and be the new Black Widow.
It was just a rumor I saw somewhere from some guy so take it with like 15 pounds of salt, but what you said made me think of it. Barring that, I could see her just going "under cover" for a while or "dying" or something so that she can stop being the character for a bit and dramatically reemerge later on.

Mockingbird needs to be in the Avengers eventually and I think they'll bring her up for the huge Infinity Gauntlet event.

Quake in the comics is with SHIELD so she doesn't interact with the Inhumans too much. She could certainly be referenced in the movie though. I would expect that.

"Holy Crap, We're Getting An Agents Of SHIELD TV Spin-Off

While we wait patiently to learn the fate about a second season of Agent Carter (oh please oh please oh please), Marvel has more TV news to drop — namely that a new Agents of SHIELDspin-off series is in the works, and that the show will be preparing for it over the rest of its second season.

There's nothing to tell about the show, except that it seems to be set in the modern Marvel Cinematic Universe, as opposed to Agent Carter days. It's being helmed by SHIELD executive producer Jeffrey Bell and writer Paul Zbyszewski, whose résumés include Lost, The X-Files andAngel. Here's what we know, courtesy of Entertainment Weekly:

We don’t know is which characters from the current series will be moving over to the proposed spinoff – so let the speculation being on that. There won’t be an implanted pilot episode this season directly setting up the spinoff, either (like how CW launched The Flash out of Arrow). However, story elements that are still to come on SHIELD this yearwill be used to lay the groundwork for the potential new series. So by the end of the season – assuming the details for this project haven’t already leaked, which is rather unlikely – the spinoff concept should be clear.

Right now, my best guess is either a show about another SHIELD team — maybe a smaller, elite unit like the Agents of SHIELD guys started out as — or an Inhumans show, although I still doubt Marvel will allow the main Inhumans like Black Bolt, Medusa, and everyone else set to star in the eventual Inhumans movie to debut on TV.

That said, I'd trade either or both for a second season of Agent Carter. In a damn heartbeat."

I hope it's not an Inhumans show honestly. We're gonna get burned out on it while not learning any of the big players. Is Blackbolt gonna appear first on television? Because if not, don't bother!

Instead make it a spinoff of SHIELD like SWORD!

I just hope they don't bring back Agent Carter. I thought it was pretty awful and would hate to feel forced to watch it in fear I might miss something important in the MCU. And I agree Real, don't burn us out on the Inhumans.

I still think they will eventually use Mockingbird in the movies to replace Black Widow. Like I said a couple posts up, I just don't see Scarlet continuing this for much longer and Mockingbird is an Avenger in the comics and would be the perfect replacement for her. Because of that, I'm not sure they use her a whole lot on an ABC show. If I had to guess as to what it is, I'd say it has something to do with Civil War coming up and there will be the two factions of SHIELD where they battle and have some crossover episodes like with Flash and Arrow.

I'd watch it. Mockingbird is cool and the actress Polacki or whatever her name is does a solid job.

I am hoping for a runaways show that features new "inhumans"...

as for this show it really is pretty awesome. It has basically gone from unwatchable to must see tv.

It's going to be hard to transition back into AoS mode after Daredevil, but I'm excited about Skye trying to move a mountain. Should be fun!

I think they are different enough to be enjoyable side by side. After the emotional overload of DD, part of me is happy to go back to the lighter AoS.

I'm almost nervous for AKA Jessica Jones man. I haven't read Alias, but I know about it. THAT is going to be a dark, dark ride...

You're right though it'll be refreshing to go to the brighter (literally and figuratively) Agents of SHIELD. I recently followed Clark Gregg on twitter and the dude loves this job. Gotta love a dude who's as excited about the source material as I am.
