    Is the suspension excessive? Is it insufficient? Just right? Justified?

    Here's the key for me, via Adam Silver's statement:

    This is why I agree with the length of the suspension. This kind of stuff can't be tolerated. Interesting to see how things will turn out with regard to Dwight and child abuse.

    You can't just make an example of a guy though, that's what unions are for. He f***ed up and he deserves the maximum punishment according to precedent.

    However, if the previous suspension was say ten games, then he should get ten games. Then AFTER the case there needs to be set a new precedent of however many games they want. That's fair under the rules. Of course, it should have been more than ten games to begin with, but since it wasn't that's not the accused's responsibility.
