She sounds clueless, and loyal to the person over his coaching abilities to a fault in those quotes.

But it’s ok as the leader to always stay positive, respect relationships, and STILL ultimately decide that a change is needed for right now.

Getting fired by Jeannie sounds like a guy could leave the room with his ego intact, and still love the Lakers. Magic is more likely to burn that bridge.

I thought we’d found our Jerry Sloan 20 year coach type, but I’ve been disappointed by the lack of coaching adjutant rotations.

Some type of change is needed. Be interesting to see how they address it.

We could do a lot worse. I'm good with this idea. Even if its just an idea for now.

    darvin ham?

alright. the names we've heard indicate that we're hiring a lecoach and not a real nba coach. oh well. they'll only be here two years.

Honestly don’t know much about Ham. He seems to have his fans though.

I take the names being mentioned as at least showing we’re thinking a bit out of the box for our next guy and not just going for name guys.

Still like a Monty Williams or Messina but think Lue is the front runner.

He was an assistant under Mike Brown when he was coaching us. I know many are sad that we didn't hire Snyder or Clifford. Here's another chance to hire someone from that time.

Seems some Hawks fans wanted him to coach them after Bud left.

Lets bring back Magic as the head coach!

    :Magic2:

I want to see his "in game adjustments" that he was unhappy with from Luke.

Lakers need to do an extensive search. However, Luke might not be gone now, have to wait.

Monty has history with AD in Nawlins and Kawhi in SA. It was rumored even that Kawhi would be open to a trade with Philly since Monty was there. He also was an assistant on Team USA and has rapport with Bron.

Give Sac Luke and in essence shut the door to them having access to Monty, while we lock him in as our next Head Coach.

kings going after messina and williams (two guys high on my personal list). and firing joerger, who i've long thought was overrated.

also, they have interest in walton. guess they haven't read our forum. *shrugs*

    these are data.

i forgot about darvin ham. yet another AC from mike brown's tenure

now that joerger is out of sacramento, i think he should be considered. just coached a kings team full of kids to their best season in years

Firing Joerger after he nearly led the Kings to the playoffs? Really?

Just like the Grizzlies...this firing makes no sense.

I'd GLADLY take Joerger over Luke...so if they want Luke, you can have him.

joerger has consistently overachieved with way less talent than his counterparts.

What he did with the Kings this year was unreal...they were suppposed to be a bottom 3 team.
