Plus the actual basketball knowledge, "sicko" level of attention to detail to prepare the team for each game and in game adjustments and not SOS roll eyes inducing huddle talks ..... would in "most" of our opinions have made the difference last year to not lose needlessly the 4 or 5 games that kept us from mid tier or higher ranking in the playoffs. Even with Vando and Vincent out. Look at what RUI looks like already this year in the starting lineup. Potentially we have a stronger team this year just with the proper Prince less starting lineup, Vincent available off the bench, Max defending well and hopefully able to shoot better ..... with I think a number of us see it .... "star in waiting" Dalton Knecht waiting to take those minutes.
Thought this was an uncommon and very great observation from @52years .... because over the grind of a season it's SO important.
It's a good start. If Redick can keep it organized, measured and is able to adjust, the team has a chance in every game. Overall health is key of course.
What kind of nonsense biased analysis is this? Dude watched the game LOOKING for flaws because he WANTED to criticize? That’s pathetic, just one more reason ESPN’s (among other networks) NFL coverage is so much better than their NBA coverage, all they do is try to prop up their sport, not look to hate.
You're welcome. Sure it's common sense to you .... I've just never seen it in print anywhere in 19 years of comments about Lakers coaches on line. Props.
Some of us saw a parallel and similar potential to the Pat Riley hiring. Jeanie exactly making the same kind of move Jerry did. Impossible she’s a clown. Well look where we are now. Who’s going to be the bigger WIN going forward …… Dalton Knecht or JJ Redick? Pretty sweet hypothetical to wonder about.
