    Kind of impressed TBH.

Thought he played Bronny too long but got that out of the way and wasn't even garbage time.

Was willing to play Hayes and AD together (that maybe because of injuries but he went with it) and basically shortened the rotation as the game got into crunch time.
Guys also seem to have been drilled on when to cut: reaves/Knecth/lebron/Dlo all found guys busting up the defense.

Team did a lot on the glass and defense as well

no wtf is this lineup or playcalls.

So far JJ has been as good as I could have dreamed.

I liked what I saw from JJ. Called some timely timeouts. Had the Lakers ready from the start of the game with great energy and D. Keep it rolling! We could win a lot of games.

JJ was a wild man out there playing his best guys, calling time outs, making sure his best player got touches, etc.

    Crazy stuff tonight.

Wow, an actual coach that seems to know what he's doing

    Breath of fresh air

Now hopefully we can say this later in the season

It seems like this guy knows what he's doing. He seemed organized and poised and we have something that looked like an actual offense. Nice to see!

In all seriousness, hopefully. We can't keep shuffling coaches every couple of years.

Really good debut for JJ though.

What stands out to me with Redick is his attention to detail with an attitude to boot. He is not a glorified P.E. instructor disguised as a coach.

When everyone knows what their supposed to do and when they’re supposed to do it it’s a lot easier to play with energy. They still shot horribly and still need another big but JJ had them prepared.

I hope JJ does not think that 3-guard lineup of DLO/Gabe/AR is the answer and that it was more so because of the wolves playing 3 guards...that will bite us in the a** against a bigger team (Denver).

Other than that, I loved everything JJ did. And I love that he has some fire on the sideline...you need a coach that will fire you up and carry the same fire that you have on the court.

So many offensive sets were run that we never saw last 2 years...let's see what we can do against another tough opponent on Friday vs Suns.

swear we set more screens for AD last night than he had in the previous three years combined. we started slow in that area, but you can tell he thought about it and fixed it at the half if not in the second quarter.

also barely saw lebron isolation plays up top. those are the worst unless it's a game-ending situation, imo. so much more movement in this game.

Love the vibes. If they can sustain them and the buy in and the new car smell doesn't wear off, we could go places this year.

You can take the man out of the podcast, but can't take the podcast out of the man.

Really wish he could've convinced him to join his bench, but i understand why Stan might not be there mentally right now

Plus the actual basketball knowledge, "sicko" level of attention to detail to prepare the team for each game and in game adjustments and not SOS roll eyes inducing huddle talks ..... would in "most" of our opinions have made the difference last year to not lose needlessly the 4 or 5 games that kept us from mid tier or higher ranking in the playoffs. Even with Vando and Vincent out. Look at what RUI looks like already this year in the starting lineup. Potentially we have a stronger team this year just with the proper Prince less starting lineup, Vincent available off the bench, Max defending well and hopefully able to shoot better ..... with I think a number of us see it .... "star in waiting" Dalton Knecht waiting to take those minutes.
