I’m crossing my fingers to get 2 out of the 3. Rondo would be one for sure because I think he doesn’t have much of a choice but to take a $3m offer. Leaving about 7m left for either Cousins or Morris. I still want Cousins. If he can get his body right, he’s a force.
I haven’t seen anyone come back right from an Achilles injury. A big man is even more risky as we saw with his quad injury. You start to overcompensate for one thing and another starts to wear. He looked okay, but he needs to take his time coming back.
Correct. I think the plan is to sign DG, Cook, KCP first to make those our signings to use up our cap space. McGee will be signing as the Room exception along with the other minimum players (Dudley, Daniels).
As it stands in the light of the events: Cook Green James Davis McGee James is our defacto ball handler and facilitator. Would like a starting caliber PG...relegate Cook with Kuzma for scoring punch off the pine. Back-up big for McGee. Caruso can lead the second unit.
Rondo/Cook/Caruso(?) Green/KCP/Daniels LBJ/Dudley/THT AD/Kuzma McGee/Cousins Man, I hope they can add Marcus Morris here.. He’d be the perfect fit.
PG: Rajon Rondo, Quinn Cook SG: Danny Green, Troy Daniels SF: LeBron James, KCP PF: Anthony Davis, Kyle Kuzma C: DeMarcus Cousins, JaVale McGee
LOL. Lakers should just do the press conference announcing the new Players & the Team Photo on the same Day since everyone will be there..
So in a hypothetical matchup against the Clippers.. LeBron would guard one of Kawhi/PG. Who guards the other?
In a hypothetical matchup against the Clippers, Zubac would guard one of Davis/Cousins. Who guards the other?
