I wanted Bradley on this team but have a feeling he signs with the Clippers. Bradley isn’t a point guard guys. He is strictly 3 and D. He isn’t a capable shot creator for others like how a point guard should be. Because of this, I think we bring back Rondo. He’s the best available point guard left on the market. I wouldn’t hate Jeremy Lin for the minimum to back up Rondo. Bring Caruso back. I think we need to sign one more rotational backup center. Dwight Howard is out there to be had lmao... just kidding. I would love to take a chance on Demarcus Cousins, but we need one more solid center for depth because a McGee/Cousins rotation will miss a lot of time due to inevitable injuries. I would be ok with rounding out the center position with any of Noah, Gortat, or Koufus. I also hope we somehow walk away with Marcus Morris. He would be good for depth if both McGee/Cousins get hurt at the same time and it forces AD to start at center. We would then be able to have Morris backup Kuzma at the power forward position. Here’s my revised prediction for our 15 man roster; Rondo/Lin/Caruso Green/KCP/Daniels/THT Lebron/Dudley AD/Kuzma/Morris McGee/Cousins/Gortat
We have to sign Rondo. There really isn't a backup plan there. Rondo, Morris, Cousins, Thabo, Caruso.
Can Marcus Morris play the 5? I’ve aways thought he was the 3/4 tweener while the other Morris bro was the 4/5 tweener.
Nowadays he can as most teams run small ball anyway, I think he did with Boston for the most part. He’s a banger at least. At least he can handle those duties and AD can play 4 with length.
Kuzma cannot play the 3. He doesn't have the lateral quickness and would get torched by any half decent SF.
So where do we actually stand now 12 Man (at 9) Cook Green / KCP / Daniels James / Dudley Davis / Kuzma McGee 13-15 Horton-Tucker Norvell 2-way Williams Is Williams locked in as our other 2-way player? Based on this, I'd want a PG and C and leave one spot open for a buyout candidate.
@alam1108 thanks 15 man Cook Green / KCP / Daniels James / Dudley / Horton-Tucker Davis / Kuzma McGee 2-Way guys Norvell Williams
