I made a realization recently. Due to many hours of this game and some early work overtime, I've played the game more hours than I've slept since the game came out. I'm making some horrible life choices.
I played Wasteland as a kid. Happy to see what it has become. I think I liked New Vegas a bit more from a game play POV, but it's good.
Been playing Witcher 3 which is absolutely amazing. Considering fallout 4 but I think I'll wait until the mods mature a bit.
Witcher is awesome, still can't believe a small polish company did that. Should have got the stocks .
I've made a terrible mistake. I'm still playing through Metal Gear Solid V (and I feel like I still have a ways to go just to finish the plot yet alone all the fun side missions, base development, and online play). But last week, I left Metal Gear at my parents house so I decided to pick up Fallout 4 on Tuesday so that I'd have something to play before I go back to my parents house in a few days and get back Metal Gear. But Target had a buy two, get one free deal going. So this week I got Fallout 4, WWE 2k16, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. All while still having a lot of Metal Gear to play. AND this week the finale to Telltale's Game of Thrones series is being released and since I have the season pass, that will be automatically downloading too. Too many games, not enough time. But yeah, I think the worst part is that I can see myself just getting hooked to Fallout and not playing anything else.
Uncharted Collection on PS4. Awesome games made even better, look gorgeous running at 60fps. I'd like to be playing NBA 2K16 so I could actually see the Lakers win and use my rotations, but I refuse to pay $60 for games, especially a sports game that's essentially a roster update.
Black Friday is coming up, I think Walmart as 2k16 for ~$25. But yeah so many games, not enough time, especially now with basketball back.
I paid for it. It's not just a roster upgrade there's a lot of other cool things. My favorite is GM mode which is now super collaborative (too much so even) but really fun. The Spike Lee bit I hated. I liked the idea of a more in depth "MyPlayer" but the Spike Lee part of it was stupid and it kind of changes the way you play "MyPlayer". I didn't like it at all.
Pro tip for gamers, get Best Buy's Gamers Club Unlocked $30 for 2 year member ship. 20% off any unopened game (thats $48 for a game that just came out), 10% off preowned game, 2 points for every dollar spent on games and accessories, $5 after 250 points. It pays for itself if you buy more than 3 brand new games within 2 years.
Been playing Metal Gear V for about a month so far. It's a looong game but I think it's the best of the series. Better than IV, not by a huge margin but still better I feel.
I've been playing a lot of World of Warcraft again recently but I'm about to just let my sub run out again. It always gets to this point. I always sub for a couple of months and then get bored after I've done all the end game content. I'll be starting the Witcher 3.
Bought for myself for Christmas: Witcher 3 Fallout 4 Star Wars Battlefront COD BO3 Only played COD so far, but these are my games to last until next Christmas.
Buying a bunch of games on Black Friday, should last me until next year when I repeat the process. I already have a back log of games to get to but have been playing NBA 2k16 a lot using the Lakers, its how I keep my sanity.
I don't like stuff like GM mode, and that Spike Lee story mode looked incredibly lame to me. All I play the game for is exhibitors, a season, the playground stuff, and maybe my player. So for me that's why it's mostly a roster update. Best Buy has it for $30 online today, so I picked it up, only $2 more than Walmart and no insane crowds. I want Russell, I want the updated entire NBA roster, and I want to see the Lakers win, and this seems to be the only way ha ha, can't wait til it gets here.
