We’re really good against teams above .500. What does that say?

Over that stretch we beat the Heat, Clippers x3, Boston, Warriors x2, Knicks x2, Pacers, Nuggets, Mavs, Wolves, Pelicans.

That’s a lot of quality wins.

Don't trade DK! The kid's going to be really good!

For a kid like this, you have to be addressing something of greater need than what he feels in order to let him go. But if he’s part of a package to get the Greek freak? Then he’s gone. Simple as that.

Shake played well what’s your weird problem? Was he perfect … no no one was out there. 28 minutes, hustled, 16 points on some tough shots, 5 rebounds and 3 assists.

Yeah weird to complain about Shake in this one. Really only one outside AR who could create anything

Kind of sad the game may have to come Morris missing a layup and then the easy put back and Denver getting a 3 after.

5 point swing in the first half gave Nuggets momentum

One of the losses for the Lakers that's rare: the wouldda-been storybook win turns into a loss in the last minute.

We had no business being this close to a win. Lakers lose for the 4th straight game, in DEN, on a BTB, without Luka, Lebron, Rui, Gabe, DF-S, and Hayes.

This was a heartbreaking loss because the ragtag Lakers played so tough against our despised foes.

AR reminded me of Jerry West playing the C Bags in the Finals: MVP of the game in a loss. 39 mins: 37/8/13 with 4 steals, including a breath-taking rip-the-ball-away from Joker and going the full court for a layup. I mean...that play was...otherworldly.

DK with a fantastic game and he took my breath away in a completely different way: he hung on the rim, then fell off and hit his head and it was all too reminiscent of AR's "bruised back" injury earlier this year. When the announcers say they heard the head smack against the court...I hope he's not concussed.

This loss hurts. This loss was still really impressive play by the supporting cast. I looked at who was listed as out and I thought we'd be down 25 at halftime and the entire 2nd half would be garbage. But when DK dunked off an AR dime (and smashed his head), we were up by 3 with 52 secs left. Joker bully-balled his way for an and-one (Koloko just doesn't have the bulk to handle him by himself), to tie it, and a classic Laker nemesis, Jamaal, created space and hit a dagger 3.

I have too much of this game still pinballin' around in my head right now. Just gonna leave all that there. It sucked to lose this one, but we never shouldda even been in it, and I can't help but think that whatever that a-shole Malone says, he's gotta be thinking: "We were lucky to get a win against the Lakers at home when they had all their key guys out except one guy."

I thought Shake gave us a good game. But he may have telegraphed that last inbounds pass that the Most Overrated Player in NBA History picked off.

Yeah... Wouldn't trade AR for Murray. Once Joker (as his name would suggest, which is funny) decides to leave for horses, we'll see Murray for what he really is, a glorified SG in a PG body, Collison style.

I am proud of how the team and coaching staff performed and fought against an essentially full strength Denver Nuggets. A model of how every player should perform regardless of what they are facing.
