Either of the Texas teams would be a good fit. I think Dallas would be a better fit because most of the Spurs have at least one foot out the door. They'll get a good coach...probably a Pop disciple, but there's a lot of uncertainty with that franchise over the next few years. You know what you're getting in Dallas and Carlisle isn't going anywhere. Just please don't go to the Cavs.
I'd be really interested to see him with Pop and Duncan for a year or something. I suppose Dallas is interesting, but unless they bring Chandler back that defense is going to be really really bad. Maybe even if they bring him back it'll still be bad.
