My understanding was they were interested, not with Moz attached though.

I don't think so because he wouldn't get past Phoenix at 4 or Cowtown at 5.

I wish the Kings were one of those teams. 5/10 would be a dream.

What do you guys think of this hypothetical?

    Draft Josh Jackson

    Move Ingram to pg position

Trade picks and jc for pg13

    Ingram
    Jackson
    PG
    Randle
    Brook

That's arguably the tallest team in the NBA

Great video and analysis to watch on the reason why we shouldn't be worried about Ball's pick and roll finishes at the basket and so few attempts that he had.

If we want Ball then we should just pick him. Don't get cute with the trading down.

Love that they point out that he doesn't "assist hunt", because he doesn't. This isn't a player that dribbles around for 20 seconds then makes a play for someone, he's constantly moving the ball and moving it quickly. He seems completely content to get the hockey assist, and he sees things 2 or 3 moves ahead so he makes those plays a lot.

I think most people who didn't actually watch him much don't see this sort of thing. This ball/man movement encourages the team to follow suit. As long as the guys are willing to buy in, we're going to see a different offense next year.

Trade down...ingram/dlo has shown we're not getting saved by a rookie

You don't usually get saved by a rookie, you start to build back up with a rookie. And if you get the right rookie it can even bring about an entire culture change. You don't think Philly wouldn't have looked different with Ben Simmons' style of play last season? You think people would say the wolves should have traded down and not taken KAT because he wasn't going to be an immediate savior? Come on now.

Exactly. Unless you are Shaq or Lebron, rookies don't save you in year one. Durant and Westbrook missed the playoffs together. Should they have traded down and not taken them?

Could be a decent move for us if we don't move those picks.
