    I doubt it, this is all a load of horse crap being used for click bait. Russ and Julius aren't going anywhere this summer. I share OX's complete disdain for guys like Chad Ford.

    I could believe teams are trying to get Russell on a discount but I doubt we are dangling him for mid round pick. It's just dumb.

    Chad Ford makes up whatever he wants and throws it out there. He hears what other people are saying, makes conjecture off of that, and people run with it. He's no more an insider than Stephen A. Smith or Colin Cowherd. They're nonsense.

    He now claims that he heard it from other GMs even though we've heard absolutely nothing about this from any other reporters and no LA reporters.

    I don't understand how people like this get employed in the first place. We're looking to trade our current best player that we've put 2 years of development time into for a top 12 pick? Another rookie who may or may not be any good? Yeah that makes a ton of sense. If Magic and Rob did that they'd lose all credibility instantly.

    If the Lakers are really looking for another 1st Rounder, what are the odds that it's to meet the reported 2 Firsts & a "starting caliber" player demand by Indy for PG..

    Hey guys... Being a lil wuss here but "for real", thanks for your input on everything.

    You guys are effing crazy lol... Like ill go to bed at 3-4 am and by 12 the same day its like 7 pages later haha.

    Anyhoot. SO FROM WHAT IVE READ,about last 10-20 pages .

    1) Russell eventually is due for a new contract.

    2) when you hear ish,sometimes youre only hearing HALF the story.

    3) One of my favorite sayings that i take to heart and you can use this for EVERYTHING in life at your own cost;
    Making sure no stone is left unturned.

    so not only is russell not being offered for the vaunted 12th pick--he's not even being used to dump deng or mozgov???!!!

    but but the media has insisted...

    just reading tea leaves:

    lakers will use the #2 pick on luke kennard.
    they will then trade russell and deng for evan turner and a swift kick to the testicles.
    ingram will be packaged with mozgov into sacramento's cap space.
    meanwhile, paul george will be traded to houston for eric gordon; jimmy butler will be traded to cleveland for god knows what, and the C Bags will get ALL the picks ever conceived of in the natural world (which is like having the 17th banner, really).

    finally, lebron! they just needed to say it because it hadn't appeared in the news cycle in the last 4 minutes.
