K's Goldie to end the inning but not before giving up 2 more runs. AZ is jumping on Kersh's first Fastball and just putting it in play.
and Kersh K's too. The young kid is dealing the dodgers. Have a 1 hitter going while Kersh has given up 9 hits and 4 runs.
Omg, what an ugly game so far. 9 hits to 1, just not gonna cut it. Of course a top-ranked pitcher is going to give us fits. And Kerhsaw almost just allowed a homer.
Hopefully Bradley comes out and we can take advantage of their bullpen. Hopefully. 4 runs isn't very much; we can make it up.
If we don't get anything going this inning or next, may as well just pack it up and prepare for the next game.
We look all sorts of out of it today. We made Bradley throw 112 pitches but have 1 hit to show. Kershaw has just hit 90 yet has given up 10+ hits and 4 runs.
They said last night that Goldie hits like 600 or something when he hits the first pitch. On our side we are suffering from that lack of a solid base hit when needed. We haven't really put good wood on much today.
