Man how did you remember that instance in 2014? Yeah if he had been in position he couldn’t have caught the ball where it went but he could have warned the catcher the runner wasn’t coming after his stumble and would have been no need for the desperate too fast catch and swipe tag. His head was out of it and feeling pissed and sorry for himself when he saw Taylor boot picking up the ball in the outfield. Note his comment after game that “no one hit the ball hard off of him”. Bet that didn’t play well and we may have seen the last of him right in that play.
