D'Angelo Russell Discussion: All Time Lakers Season 3 Point Shooter

Big game for D'Angelo tonight. I expect him to show up.

 

f*** him: shows up for 5 minutes and otherwise another no show.
Just so many lazy a** passes and weak effort

 

He wasn't great but he wasn't terrible either tonight.

 

Dlo would be so much better if he knew how to draw fouls. Every shooter goes through slumps but the better ones negate that by getting to the line. Dlo should be getting 4 fts a game minimum.

 

His drive game is weak, he can't jump.

 

But D'lo can do this when the game is out of hand:

 

2-11 with 4 points going into the 4th.

Glad he got it going in the 4th, but him being a complete non factor for the other 3 quarters was brutal and put a lot of pressure on his teammates to show up and play basketball while he's sight seeing on both sides of the ball.

 

Let's see if the 4th quarter offense continues in the next game.

 

Please trade him.

 

Big DLo fan, was heartbroken when he first got shipped out. And he’s legit had some very good stretches for us this season.

But overall he is too inconsistent for what we need.

I said a few weeks ago that I don’t see any trades out there for DLo that actually improve us. I still don’t… but I’m not a GM. Some of the higher profile rumors out there like Lavine have been underwhelming, but at the end of the day that’s a $18 million contract. There has to be SOMETHING out there that Rob can swing, even if it means attaching additional assets to help balance out the roster. We’re not good enough as is.

they need to explore trade options for him ASAP, because he just isn't a winning player. there's a reason why minny didn't want him anymore

 

It is no wonder that we are still talking about DLO and the page number is 666. This must be hell.

 

Lakers signed him in the summer for the sole purpose to be used as a trade asset , what else could they expect ?

 

Mental midget, got another opportunity to rock P&G and he "checked out", because? Eff this guy.

 

Dennis was great for DLO and Reaves, the front office seem to be clueless about team chemistry with the roster turnovers and letting go of guys like Caruso and DS.

 

DS was hard to keep (like i think Abeer mentioned). Caruso though... ugh

 

I hope we can get a little more for him than that
