"2) D'Angelo believes that he is a natural leader, but his inconsistent play keeps him from being to able to earn respect in the locker room. He wants to improve his consistency so that he can be the leader he believes he can be."

I don't understand this answer. A Leader leads. Just go ask Magic about his rookie season.

I have many complaints about Russell, but being clutch is not one of them. His focus, especially shooting the ball, is never better than when the game is on the line.

That's probably the only thing holding him back though....

Great advice! I know a what a kinds want to work on everything and but its important to have a plan for going into the off-season like Kobe said and master a few things each summer. Know one was better at doing this than Kobe throughout his career, coming back with something new or being even better at a particular skill.

Word. Work on a defensive fundamental, some strempf, and hit a s*** load of jumpers.

yeah, it's past time he got a consistent stroke on that jumper. when he catches, squares, and lands on balance, he's deadly. he doesn't do that enough. that's practice, imo.

I felt DAR improved a lot... this is gonna be his third season coming up, let's be patient? The impatience from la fans is kinda unbearable....

The core that GS has didn't start winning anything until after about 3-4 years of development... Steph Curry was a nobody before he became what he is now... same goes for klay.
