Want to get even more depressed?

Look at that chart again... Lakers are tied with Orlando for the least votes of any NBA team among players.

That might be a sign of how this team is viewed, and our likelihood of landing a top FA next season.

The ability to stay healthy is important ... If DAR struggles with it in his 2nd season with the type of game he's playing , it's a concern ....

man, people really hate this guy.

anyway, if he's got a major injury this season might be even worse than the last two.

It was a tweak for sure. I think he'll be back sooner than later though.

The more concerning thing for me than his injury was the way the team seemed to play harder, smarter and better without him. Ingram did a better job of running the show and organizing the offense than Russell has been. The team played with more focus but also more freely with Ingram at the helm and the defense was better as well.

In the future I can really see Russell moved to the two with Ingram at the one. We just need to add a really good SF free agent like Gordon Hayward or Paul George.

I was thinking the same as well. Hayward is available this summer and PG the next, not sure if we'll be ready to pique their interests.

I was saying this in another thread. I think this team seems to take their lead from Russell and he has a questionable attitude.

I sure hope we can! I'm not quite as hopeful about Hayward but maybe George.
