    I don't want to rush him back, but we do need him. If his knee checks out fine today, I'm hoping he can come back by this week.

    i might have misremembered, but i thought he was going to be evaluated in a week even though he was slated to be out 2-3 weeks. in any case, non-contact, lingering injuries give me the willies.

    I honestly don't know, but I suspect Russ was playing on this injury for awhile and it caught up to him. I'm thinking preseason or the first two games because he never really looked right since.

    When you're young, you think you can play through anything, and with the excitement of the first few games, why not right?

    This time, I think they're taking the precautionary route and taking every measure to make sure he's 100% before attempting anything. No more Bynum situations.

    Oh, thank god. Let's have this team at full force soon, becuase they are actually pretty good. But when our rotations constantly change, we can't get into the groove. Not to mention the schedule is brutal.

    When D'LO is healthy he's healthy. These next few games are irrelevant in comparison to the kid's long term health. Rushing him back and ruining his career would be a devastating blow. The fact that he was still having a career year while playing injured perfectly illustrates what D'Lo could be. Just get healthy kid.
