they also lost more, right? there's no rhyme or reason other than they dislike russell. now, why booker didn't make the list is a bit of a head-scratcher.

Exactly. Most of them are either morons or have a vendetta (looking at you, Ding).

    What is VAPE ON? :KobeConfused:

And yeah no D'Angelo on that list is just stupid. I noticed most of them were East coasters. Are there more East coast media members that vote? No Booker and no Russell makes no sense and is a clear indication that these people didn't watch the games. I don't think I ever heard a peep out of Oubre Jr. or Alan Williams, but after Vegas most people know the name Zubac. That's okay though. D'Angelo likes being the kid people count out and the more he's looked down on the harder he'll work. I'm fine with it.

Yeah. You could make a case for both Russell and Zubac on the first team. Whatever. It isn't going to change the fact that they are playing in the playoffs in 5 years fighting for the conference finals while Oubre Jr. and Alan Williams will be working a second job to supplement their D-League income. Not being a hater on those two. Just the reality of the situation.

I too have zero clue what VAPE ON means. Clarification? Anyone? I'm at work so I don't want to Google something that may be questionable.

I saw the snub and I was not really surprised... Whatever. It doesn't matter as those selections means really nothing.

He has 6 posts, and it's in the bottom of the last five. I would imagine he's decided it's his unique calling card.

I too have to assume short for vapor smoking.

I recommend a cooler calling card than fake smoking though :)

By now it's glaringly obvious D'Angelo's scoring ability is his biggest strength. It just comes so natural to him. He's a Kyrie/Lillard type. He's also a high IQ player and has a gift for playmaking and tempo controlling, so it would be great if he can involve others, but I'm starting to wonder if it's better for this team if he becomes a full-blown gunner, looking to constantly put pressure on opposing defenses.

I think I read somewhere that the Blazers/Cavs are actually a better team when Lillard/Kyrie are primary scorers as opposed to being primary playmakers. They certainly are capable of playmaking, but it suppresses their natural game, thus hampering their effectiveness

Ideally, we'd want D'Angelo to find that perfect balance of playmaking and scoring, but I'm quite certain his playing style will lean towards the latter as he matures. I don't think it's a dilemna though... I'd just give him the green light and let him play his game. I wouldn't try to "rein" him in.
