Well I hope people retweet some of that crap. Time for the Front Office to get off their arse and do something. Sometimes people deserve to be fired.

Exactly. Give her something to do other than tweeting out pictures of babies in Lakers gear.

Yeah I agree, I'm really just agreeing with you that Tarik isn't cut out to be a savior. He's a great, versatile bench player.

Doesn't he remind you of Harden without the theatrics/antics

Are you trying to get Russell in trouble? HA! Sorta. Get him thinking that Lakers Nation understands exactly what's going on with their incompetent coach and that's good. He knows that others who know the franchise know. But don't overload him with it. Jeanie can do something. He really can't as a rookie just up and say get out of my face or have his agent get active. Well maybe the latter? But in his own way with the mentions of the problems playing with the system, and the we were NOT scared disclaimer in Scott's face ..... he's handling it about right.

Under the worst circumstances possible, here's what Russell is doing

    Just hang in there kid.

He's as good as we think he is, he just needs some time to round into the great player we all know he can be capable of

Yeah and I said from day one. I didn't think he'd just be a great all around point guard, but just a superstar in every sense of the word. The confidence and swagger that they possess, the ability to rise up in big moments and wanting the ball in your hands, I think he'll develop into a good leader as well. His defense is improving and will continue to do so. We've already seen how he can fluster guys with his length and wingspan. When he shoots shots in rhythm and they aren't contested ones which unfortunately is frequently the case in this offense it's money. He has a difficult time getting to the basket consistently because there just aren't many lanes available because of the lack of spacing and the weird lineups. He's been solid in screen and roll, but teams are able to trap him because we don't really have a man that can threaten a defense and soften some of those coverages. I doubt there is any stat for it, but D'Angelo has to lead the league in assists left on the table. He has made some beautiful dishes and hasn't been rewarded because we just don't have guys particularly bigs who can finish consistently on those rolls. Very frustrating, but kid just needs to hang in there. Things will get better. Byron will gone after this season. Jim will probably be gone the year after and we'll get some new blood in here and he'll get a better supporting cast that fits his skill set.
