Ten years after he's inducted into the Hall of Fame, the definitive biography of legendary player Dalton Knecht will come out. Chapter 4 is called "The Charlotte Era." And it's 23 words long. Sorta "avant garde" for a basketball biography, but there ya have it.
Did you go to a good theater with a big screen and 4K laser projector and see A Complete Unknown yet? Great movie and the guy playing Bob and gal playing Joan were awesome acting and singing. He definitely should come at least close in votes from the Academy to win Best Actor.
Remember how he walked through the tunnel in Charlotte’s arena? One of his many legendary accomplishments as a Hornet
I have not seen it yet. Is it worth seeking out the Big Screen? Timothy Chalamet as Dylan, right? We're mos def gettin' off Lakers/hoops content here, so I'll get back on track after this, but, speaking of hippie, Tom Robbins just died at 92. One of THE writers who gives me a contact high just from reading him.
I saw it in Burbank at the AMC 16 which has a really large Dolby HDR theater screen and a really large IMAX digital screen. But they've been upgrading the smaller capacity screening rooms too I guess and the screen size for the room was still really large and it was a laser 4K setup. Just a much brighter and better display than the old Xenon projectors. I'd recommend any movie you go to now to try to find a nice up to date screening room like that. The mother of all big screens near me is still the monster IMAX screen at the Universal Citywalk complex up on the hill. That sucker is huge and if they're doing it digitally now instead of the old huge film stock it still looks amazing.
Kid doesn't pull any punches and speaks his mind. Good for him! Not sure how Pelinka will take it, but apparently he's a "b****", so who cares?
Yea man I agree. When used like this - and it will only get much WORSE! - gives me the slimy creepazoid feels on full blast. Glad I know how to read and think, which is more than I can say for 77,284,118 of my fellow Murrkins.
He'll have his "Lonnie moment" in the playoffs and it will end up as one of the best stories of the season.
He's our first round pick, and worth keeping unless it's for a bigger chip. We thought we had that, so now it's time to up your trade value rook.
