He should play less than twenty minutes every other game not made a full time player but here we are with faulty roster construction
Nah, having no other choice, but to fill out a large portion of your roster with vet minimums is working out great!
Feel bad for Melo: he's not a good defender and teams attack him relentlessly at times but the dude from what I see is giving a lot of effort out there even when he's getting cooked. Really impressed with him this year and I hope for his sake this team can right the ship and make a run
It's probably not going to be long, considering he was moving OK after the injury, but can we please not run him into the ground with heavy minutes? He's best used then he plays under 20, scores 17 points and sits down.
All those early season minutes catching up to him. And the need to lean more on him when AD/Lebron were out.
I strongly disagree with him playing on back to backs. He's looked bad in basically every one of those night 2s. His legs are gone by then. With Stan in the fold, Bron back, and Ariza getting minutes again; I think Vogel needs to DNP Melo on one nights of the back to backs if he wants him to have anything left when we need him the most.
Melo is the guy I feel the worst for. He’s been stellar and such a positive force for the team all year. He deserves better than this.
Come to LA he said. Winning a championship together will be great he said. Melo on conversation with Bron Not quite working out like he had hoped. Too bad.
Hopefully he's 100% for our next game. We've really missed his shooting and his scoring punch. The long break with All Star break should definitely help. I hope Vogel is a little more careful with his minutes going forward.
