    OK watched his presser finally and he seems bright and confident with good answers. Heck of a lot better than DK was in his rookie presser. The leap to think he fell maybe because of not being sharp enough seems completely unwarranted. But we’ll see. Hopefully JJ’s not going to have to yell at him for not knowing what to do with the play called FOR him.

    I don’t know where that rumour came from. He fell because he is turning 22 this year and isn’t 19. On top of that, physically he still needs time to develop his body to the NBA level. So he is maybe another 2 years away from being where teams would like him to be on day 1 at 19 years old.

    There are also (overblown) worries that he won’t know how to play off ball after having his best college season on ball. Which to me is unwarranted when a player’s main skills are shooting 3’s both set and off screen and cutting.

    Also plenty of success stories going from on-ball college star to high-end nba role player.

    Again, 2 of those 5 lotto guards are likely going to bust precisely because they won’t be able to thrive in either role at the next level.
