It’s a mentality more than anything, but I’m sure there are drills to help individual defense. The team defense stuff or open court stuff though, not sure how you drill that as much.
meh, players come and go. If he couldn't handle Thibs methods, they both know to go another direction. I doubt regrets are involved at all.
