Loved this from Bradley. Straight took it from him and Horford is no weakling either. But I thought they had the 3 best perimeter defenders in the NBA?
Please don't get hurt. Everytime he starts cooking, he gets hurt, and it takes him weeks/months to get back to where he was
And I thought he sucked? Am told by someone every Game Time he does and can’t wait until he’s gone. Or whoever missed their last shot LOL. Nah just teasing, they have been better lately. :Carusohearthands:
I'm always rooting for AB to do well. He's a bulldog defender and if he can continue to make his open looks at a good clip he's going to be a big part of the reason we succeed.
My biggest concern, even over the jumper % is the fouls. Really need him to be careful and not as handsy in the playoffs. He makes some silly fouls you expect to see from a big who's frustrated from not getting the whistle, like Dwight.
He's only averaging 3.3 fouls per 36 minutes. He's not fouling a lot relative to what he's being assigned to do. Because of his size, Bradley has to take more risks to get into better positioning. I honestly love it when he's got his hands out like that. Tony Allen used to be the same way and this guy averaged 4-5 fouls per 36 minutes.
How refreshing is it that we have someone who can stay in front of quick point guards after more than a decade of being torched by them...
I can't even tell you how much I appreciate it. At the start of the year AB was no lie, my favorite Laker. He cooled off for a while there due to injury but I'm so glad we have him and that he's gotten back on track.
Bradley didn't bring anything offensively, but man was he laying it out all on the line on the defensive end. Played his heart out and was just throwing his body around to get fouls.
The best part about players like Bradley is if he is doing poorly on the offensive end, he'll try to make up for it on the defensive end. He isn't perfect but he's not going to let a missed shot prevent him from playing great defense. I had concerns about him possibly being injured but with how he has played and him being able to stay healthy, I am happy we got him.
Might finish getting the C bag stink off him if he plays well for us in the playoffs huge impact on the +/- in that games despite not filling up the stats sheet. Perfect complimentary player that knows his role
I remember him being a pretty good player for the C Bags, but I don’t recall for how long. I thought he had a lot of upside, but then it seem like he fell off quickly and disappeared. I like him as an overall player, but I think we between he and Green, we give up a lot of offensive power from the guard position. Usually the guards are getting you easy buckets and we don’t get easy buckets from the guard position. LeBron is the default guard, but he’s like the point guard and the shooting guard at the same time. The problem is I feel the easy “guard” buckets don’t come so easy for him even though he can score at will. It’s a concern at 35yrs of age and going deep in the playoffs.
