He's going to play like 5mpg while chatting with Rui and Troy watching Bevs, Schroeder, and Brick getting blasted on defense

Jeezus you called it perfect. Did he get hurt again or Darvin just has zero patience for anyone over 6’2” not playing perfectly compared to his midget core where it’s totally OK for them.

Welcome back Austin Reaves! He needs consistent time when the new guys come in, and he needs to be here long term, no Caruso part 2 mistakes.

Great game. I might keep him off the bench so he can handle the ball more and make plays. Either way he should be playing a lot of minutes.

Sure is and will only get better the more he does it if he can be allowed the normal amount of off nights any good second year player is going to have. My money is on Hamm still being too chicken to do it though. Don’t know Malik’s game offense and defense to have any opinion on who should start between them.

he's still not huge in the upper body, but i think his legs have gotten bigger over the past year. and that's probably where he needs the strength. he looked good in last night's game. hopefully, he's back now.

too bad there are only 25 games to figure out the lineups here. i could see arguments either way between reaves and beasley as the starting sg.

i'm just praying ham doesn't go with dlo as the starting sg with schroder at pg.

What a move that was, and a good game overall. Reaves at the 2 off the bench is going to be deadly! I just love this guy.

I was watching on Spectrum last night so I’m not sure if this was shown on TNT, but towards the end of the second quarter Reaves was jogging in the tunnel. Stu and Bill were wondering if he re-aggravated the hamstring, or was just trying to keep it loose. Reaves came back out soon afterwards, played a few possessions, and then got pulled back to the bench. Stu seemed pretty concerned.

But then Ham subbed him back in for the last few seconds, he hits a three at the buzzer, and then looked fine the rest of the game.

Has there been any follow up reporting on how his hamstring has held up?

Hoping it’s 100%, but if there is any doubt that it may linger for a while, I wonder if that might explain why we weren’t desperate to overpay in trading Lonnie to consolidate the roster with a different position of need (or simply dumping him for second rounders).

and didn't he sort of inexplicably sit the entire second half the other night, too?

No reports available. He looked pretty good, but those injuries tend to linger sometimes.
