Isn't the city that's playing against Miami on her tour schedule?

Every celebrity needs a partner who won’t change with the limelight. Maybe Austin is just that guy.

And there are some not want him running the offense because it might stress him out...lol.

yeah, that's me and svtzr. and it's not running the offense, it's being the full-time pg. the main issue isn't handling in the pick and roll, it's the 60 ft prior to that with ball pressure--which would definitely come if he's the primary ballhandler.

Absolutely. And not only that, but also the orchestrating, call set plays and start the offense with all eyes on you.
He definitely can do it for a bit but he shown this year how strong he is as the 2. He's very smart reading plays and continuously puts himself in positions to either shoot or attack the basket. Completely different when you have the ball in your hands.

The guy just broke out being a 2. So...maybe let him be the 2?

Again, in my view he's not a pure 1 or a pure 2. He's a combo guard. That's a good thing, and as long as LeBron is on the team there is no need for a pure 1 other than someone who can chase around the top 1s on D like DS does. As long as he is allowed to have a decent usage rate AR will find ways to be effective both scoring the ball and setting up his teammates. We did fine running two combo guards with LeBron in AR and DLO. We were the best team in the league finishing off the regular season with that pair.

dlo was definitely the pg, though, as in he guarded the opposing pg and he brought the ball up the floor.

i've said before that if christie keeps developing, i could see him and reaves as the starting backcourt, with advancing the ball to the frontcourt coming from whomever has the non-pg defender on him.

Others also and it is a valid concern. Not meaning to make light of it. That may be his weakest area but so far he has accepted all challenges and over come. I think he will handle one on one pressure with no problem and if he is doubled he is smart enough to pass out of it. He will likely be focusing on this during the off-season and like other areas of his game it will improve. If not we still have Dlo, at least for now, to help take the pressure off. It is nice having many options and different perspectives so we don't miss anything.

I think this is actually the preferred direction. Very well laid out.

Hollinger has AR rated #3 in FA SG rankings (Harden and Hart above him), using his BORD$ valuations.
