I don't think there is any connection between them. We can and should resign both, no? And I LOVE AR + DAR backcourt. Seriosly.

If Bron has any brains, he lobbies for both of them to stay and start. Lets him coast so so much.

Beat writer for the Jazz on AR's value

Hopefully the Jazz don't share his beliefs

i knew this would be the immediate media reaction, and i still lol. you think lakers management is going to balk at a max arenas offer if he carries us in a playoff series. wishful thinking. enjoy kelly olynyk or whatever.

still not sure what this bizarre campaign is about, but a) he didn't guard the opposing pg and b) he didn't bring the ball into the frontcourt.

great game! great job facilitating. not a pg. maybe time to move past it.

    Memphis wasn't ready for him.

    And that's impressive company.

Wow, just wow. I’ve run out words to describe how much I love this kid and it’s only the first playoff game.

Just to see him get the ball in crunch time in the playoffs with veterans like Lebron, D Lo playing off ball, this game can only build even more confidence and take him to even a higher level, he was pretty much unstoppable down the stretch. Kind of reminds me of Nash coming off the pnr, way he uses his body as a shield and makes off balance shots.

they're not mutually exclusive, as someone else said. if our management is choosing between them, we've already lost.

i was saying this in the other thread in contrast to phx, but memphis couldn't devote attention to him on top of AD and lebron and had no one to sag off, so he feasted. he'll do it again if they don't adjust.

i'll be shocked. i won't be shocked if we just cut bamba and beasley in order to keep them, but we're keeping them.

edit: ok, i can scenarios in which we S&T russell, but i don't think it's happening. we're definitely not letting him walk for nothing.

Someone from the Jazz thinks a white guy should get paid 100 million. Who'd have thought?

Once Lebron hit those 3s and DLo got going, just so hard to defend. AD ain't Jokic but he's improved a lot as a passer and we all know Reaves can find the open man.

So basically help is going to be step behind. Just so weird from going from maybe the worst combined of no shooting and a bunch of small dudes to a big team with shooter all over
