Have you seen that one clip of him unable to draw up a play on the clipboard during a timeout? That was horrible. Totally embarrassing. Not calling timeouts. Not managing the roster, rotations, or play challenges? I'm feeling like we did as well as we did IN SPITE of Ham, but not because of him. But hey, let's hope he gets another chance and does it somewhere else also. Ham seemed clueless about his suckage and shortcomings as a coach. "We need to play harder" or "pass crisper" or "not give up" or "compete for rebounds" was the limit of his coaching. He really needed some great assistants to cover his weaknesses.

Did you see Frank drawing up a play and then turning to Lebron, and saying " Is that OK with you Lebron "? On multiple occasions, including the bubble? Lebron didn't even get into the huddles, a lot of times with Frank.

Funny thing is... complaints about Vogel. Rotations sucked, stuck on overusing Avery Bradley, he was slow to make adjustments when the opposing teams made runs, the team was always flat coming out of halftime, the players didn't listen to his rants, and just went out and did, whatever Lebron wanted to do. People seem to conveniently forget all of that, when it comes to Vogel. Similar issues in Phoenix. He won a chip, so everything is somehow excused.

Frank never owned up to anything either, his favorite retort.." Just wait until we get Lebron or AD back".

Lol..that man has been fired 4 times for a reason bro.

I’m not sure why anyone is trying to justify whether or not Ham sucked by judging Vogel

but I’m pretty confident in saying Vogel sucked less than Ham

I'm trying clarify the definition of sucking, because it seems to vary, according to the person in question.

being fired four times is kind of a...good measure of value as an NBA coach. means you were hired 4 times.

ham may not be hired twice, tbh.

Weird logic or the maybe league just rewards those, that are in the "club" so to speak. We'll see on Ham. But both are outta here, good luck to them.

On to the next guy, that we will be looking to fire soon.

    Compare Ham to Vogel
It's not even in Google vocabulary lol.

When Vogel was in Indiana he coached all star game,He lost to LeBron and Miami two years in a row when LeBron was in prime and PG13 wasn't injured and Roy Hibbet was playing vs Bosh
When he was in Orlando they had one of the worst rosters ,so nothing he could do.Nicola Vucevic and Aaron Gordon were best players

    And Vogel already coached 900+games
So he will get to 1000 soon.
Ham played less than 450 games.
I am not sure he will get to coach 250 games ever .

    Meh...

On to JJ Redick, (allegedly)who has never coached any games, at any level. The next man up to be fired soon. The Lakers are a boom or bust franchise.

This should be entertaining at least.

And he's been fired twice since then. Today is today. We didn't even allow Frank to pick his own staff.

    However I digress..next man up.
