Their 3 best remaining players are: PG/SG: Holiday SF: PF: Mirotic C: Randle Ingram would fit their need the most. A long defensive wing. Ball would also be an excellent fit with his defense and setting up their bigs with easy buckets. Kuzma would be redundant with their strong frontcourt, and scoring is the last thing they really need. They'll probably ask for Ball, Ingram, KCP and Hart as a starting point.
Per Woj: AD makes 25.4m this year and has a 15% trade kicker to potentially be a 29.2m salary hit. W/o kicker, you need 20.3m in outgoing salary...w/kicker, you need 23.3m in outgoing salary. If it's LA, I'm sure he'll waive the kicker to facilitate a trade. Zo/BI/Lance/Beas would get it done numbers-wise.
Let's say way trade the farm and it's just Bron and AD on our books next summer...that plus Deng's 5m dead cap and an incomplete roster charge of 10 (about 9m), that's 78.5m in team salary, making for 30.5m in cap space. Ky's max (or any other 30% max dude) is 32.7m, while a 35% max guy like KD is 38.2m. So Ky or whoever would have to shave some off the top.
