He’s no Wembanyama, but he’s pretty decent.

AD is toughening up before our eyes. Good to see.

Yeah, it was nice having back to back matchups against teams with no size in the middle. He was really able to exploit that and not kill himself defensively.

I do have a gripe though that's on everyone involved: He was 11/11 from the line in the first quarter (career best) and the number of looks he got the rest of the game was not good enough. I'll allow a little slack because it was a back to back but they got rest against TOR. Ham has to be better, guards need to look for him, and AD needs to say give me the damn ball because there's no reason the game needs to be this close.

    Contesting everything

The fact that we got 4 contests on this play alone!

Took AD a bit to start gobbling up the boards, thought their bigs did a better job of fighting him early and AD leveled up in the final 18 minutes or so on the glass.

It's ridiculous the love Gobert receives. Such an overrated defender. The eye test shows it. The comp stats scream it. He's a longer Samuel Dalembert.

Losing him tonight turned a win into a loss.

Seems like he should be back Tuesday.

This doesn't make any sense since the Lakers were up when AD got hurt but whatever.

I just hope he can come back next game. We don’t have much of a chance without him for sure.

He was poor on O , sure we would have been better on defense but you're out in 2 key games because you're being hit in the eye ? Just wear some goggles

He was in for a quarter and got whacked in the eye. Considering that barely anyone in the NBA plays with goggles it is not a sign of being a quitter. Just this season he played with a bad leg for an entire 4th quarter and OT to get a win but people just want to go off and deride their own players as being quitters is ridiculous to me.

3rd time getting cracked in that left eye last 10-14 days. First time closed it up in a couple minutes like a boxer getting it pounded on 8 rounds by a better fighter. That sucker must hurt getting whacked repeatedly.

He should seriously consider goggles for the next few games. Hoping he can go next game

Yep .. if not Draymond will hit him in the eye during the 1st quarter .

I'm sure Anderson did it on purpose , he's a douchebag
