WTF that injury looked 100% completely self-inflicted. Jovic did nothing, it was like AD tried to kick through Jovic's leg for no apparent reason whatsoever besides to injure himself. I mean, that flaring out of his left leg served no purpose towards balance or anything, it was just stupid like trying to draw a foul nonsense.

The point is that “fans” just waiting to be right about it again. Congratulations. Happy? Ship his a** out time again? What’s he done lately for us this season time?

 

Seeing the clip of the injury, and then the wording of McMenamin’s tweet… not to jinx anything but I honestly don’t think this is going to be that serious.

 

Seriously, some of the reactions are moving past “pessimistic” and bordering on “toxic”.

He missed one half of a game we ended up going on to have a great win. We don’t even know if he’ll have to miss any additional time yet. We have a team source reporting the team is hopeful it’s not a serious injury (not something they’d risk leaking unless they were confident in it).

Yet a lot of people acting like the sky is falling and piling it on with the personal insults towards AD when he’s been amazing for us all year. You’d think they confirmed this as a season ending injury the way some people are reacting…

Not really directed at you as was just picking up the immediate “negative” comments, and you’re right your’s and the other one pertaining to an excuse now for FO to do nothing weren’t the prototypical shots at AD.

 

He played after the boo-boo, just doesn’t have the Mamba pain threshold,

we have some folks who basically actively hate the team and its players and seem to show up hoping for bad things to happen so they can feel vindicated in their anger.

when you point out that these things happen everywhere, all the time, it's "whataboutism". sorry, trying to be helpful. maybe sports fandom isn't for you if you can't emotionally handle the downs.
