AD doesn't really prefer Gasol on the floor, because Gasol occupies the space he wants to operate in. Anthony wants to shoot jumpers, that's his game. The stuff about him being on the block gets so much airplay because he looks outstanding at times in the paint. That is usually against smaller opponents too. I've watched him since he came into the League, he prefers to shoot jumpers. You will notice that besides his little jump hook, he doesn't really have any post up moves, that's because he doesn't want to play in the post. He's said it, his dad has said it, his college coach said it, folks seem to want to keep ignoring it. Last season Lebron and Rondo made it a point to feed him lobs and post ups whenever possible. He would get off on those plays early, and still drift out to the perimeter to shoot his jumper. That's just who he is, now if his jumper is falling, there is no issue. Hopefully his jumper will become as automatic as the Mailman's and he would be unstoppable. It aint there yet. Now why doesn't Lebron direct him to the box, and spoon feed him as much as he did last year? Good question...maybe they haven't played enough together this season? He wasn't doing it as much by the Finals either, but AD had gotten into his zone by then. I don't think Marc is the fix some folks expect when it comes to AD. Also Schroeder doesn't seem to know how to throw a lob to anybody, frankly our other guards don't either. That's a big area where we miss Rondo. HOWEVER it goes without saying, that throwing lobs to a guy with Achilles issues isn't a smart idea, but he says that he is pain free now. He will probably have a big game in the next one. I expect him to still be launching jumpers though

This dude is embarrassing. I am just going to call him ADisney now. The real Anthony Davis retired in the bubble. Win or lose this season, Lakers need to consider trading him. Can't stand ADisney getting injured every other week and taking jumpers like he is KD.

In the end, he delivered. But please take better shots. Some of that stuff is questionable at best.

Good game, I'll give 8/10 LOL. He can ramp it up.

Spoken a bit too soon. All he needed was to get Gasol off the floor!

Drummond should have played more instead of bringing in Gasol for that long in the second half.

AD can play the 4 all he wants in the regular season.

He needs to be told "you're playing the 5 and you will dominate the paint," during the playoffs.

Gasol hasn't ANY business on the floor during this series.

    AD, Drummond, Montrel.

    That's it.

Gasol did some good things tonight and I'm hardly his biggest supporter on here. Ludabrow was great on the defensive end. Great win tonight regardless of what the haters say.

AD was aggressive all night, going to the line 21 times, all while dominating the defensive end.

34-10-7 with 1 steal and 3 blocks. We need this AD to win the title.

We need AD playing the 5... or they don't make it past the 2nd round (if they make it past 1st).

He played the 5 when it mattered, to end the 4th quarter. That's how we won last year as well.

Should have more actions when he received the ball on the move , he's good at this ...

The energy was there from the start , good game from AD

I agree with JD , AD at the 5 happened too late imo , should have happened at the 6 minutes mark of the 4th

i see this thread is still a dumpster fire.

thanks AD for delivering the road playoff win. just the alpha of all alphas. enormous testicles. just flexin' on the cucks. his bloodstream is 107% testosterone. those who deny it clearly have lady parts. EVERYONE KNOWS!
