Looked much better then he did in the first matchup. But there's still a lot of rust on the shot. That'll come. Please, for the love of God....STOP FALLING AND GIVING US ALL HEART ATTACKS!

I can't recall ever seeing a man that big on the floor so often.

KD was off longer. Never really missed a beat. Still scoring.

I liked the shots he took because those are shots he would take anyways. He just missed them last night

Can't compare players coming off injuries. Some take longer then others to get back in the groove. AD will be fine.

Feels like he's pushing his 3's rather than the normal shooting stroke. I think this gets better with more games. his ft shooting form looks just fine so start translating soon enough

AD is gonna shoot his normal 17-18 attempts per game regardless of whether he's hitting right now and even if it causes us losses because it's more important that we go in the playoffs with him as close to full power as possible than our seeding. He' probably be shooting more from range too because of that, he doesn't need to worry as much near the rim.

Hibbert. It was intentional too. Helps avoid injuries.

yeah, you can exert a lot of force on the joints staying upright when simply falling will often just result in some much-easier-to-heal bumps and bruises.

That sounds about right. He was already better in his 2nd game, we'll see how he looks today. 4 games for sure.

I hope he'll have a decent game. I'm not asking for 25/10/3 blocks or anything like that. Just better shooting/shot selection if possible. Mobility is already solid, it will only get better.

Flashes of the AD we know from the bubble playoffs to finish this one off despite a lot of struggles a lot of the game. He will get there in time.

Getting there, right? One game at the time. Need 1-2 more to shake off the rust. Will be back to his usual self when Bron comes back, so... good timing.

I've said it before and will say it again.... AD is not a first option player. He's a top 5-8 player in the league but he's more of a complimentary superstar. A ton of you keep saying he can lead a team, blah blah blah. I get that he's coming back from an injury so I'm not directly using these past few games as an example but AD has never shown that he can lead a team so expecting him to do so this late in his career ain't gonna happen. His real value is being a #2 to a #1. It doesn't necessarily mean that the first option is better than AD but they have to be someone who runs the offense for the team.

I'm seeing way too many AD jumpers. What happened to the lob catching under the rim beast? The 30/20 with 5 blocks from AD or the 18/20 from the FT line? This dude is out there playing way too soft. And again, I get the injury concerns but c'mon, does every shot have to be a damn step-back midrange?

This #2 option was essential in bringing a championship back to LA. There isn’t a single #1 option as good as AD on defense (AD deserved DPOY over Giannis). So I’ll second abeer’s sentiments: not this again.
