You working this angle full time?? Josh is no longer on the Lakers, he was not an all-star, he was not even a starter on a losing team. I truly respect the man and wish him the best, but we ain't retiring his number.

I havent been this excited about the Lakers upcoming season for over ten years, and it s all because of AD. I think people are sleeping on AD s impact anchoring the defense, he s going to make the perimeter players look so much better and he fills the biggest need the Lakers have had for all those years,which was basically clear lane to the rim. And to top it off having McGee or Boogie back there with him will just totally shutdown the paint and the perimeter players can hound and closeout on the opposing teams wings. I dont remember the Lakers ever having a defensive anchor like AD, D.Howard could of been and Shaq wasn t that interested on defense.

Not only is he the best Big defender but he s probably the Lakers best wing defender too. I d luv to see AD defend Kawhi during the closing minutes of a game, he has the techniques, length, athleticism, and most importantly strength to just about shutdown Kawhi or any wing player.

And on offense he s unstoppable, he has to be the most complete big ever with his sic handles, passing, and plethora of offensive arsenals from anywhere on the court. Lakers should lead the league in rebounds and has a chance to have the best overall defense too. AD has that Kareem mystic about him, all he s missing are the goggles.

 

I'm equally as confused

 

I have never really heard much from AD when he was on the Pelicans. I assumed he was kinda quiet and maybe not all that into media appearances.

But after seeing the interviews today, I’m realizing that he is genuinely charismatic. I like how he was upfront in a lot of his answers, like when he straight up admit to not wanting to play the 5.

He’s gonna be a fun guy to cheer for, hopefully for the next decade.

I'm always hoping for the best and prepared for the worst... what I will say is I don't care if Lakers are the #1 or 8th seed.

I've never overly exaggerated home field advantage to be honest.
If you're not good enough to win a game on the road, you probably have no business being a champ anyways is how I see it.

I honestly always have looked it at as an advantage. I rather start on the road personally now game 7 I obviously always rather have on my side but y'all get my point.
Win 1/2 road games and you control series.
