    Honestly, Indiana scares me.

They probably still hate us after the PG13 tampering thing...I could see them throwing an offer out like Turner, Sabonis, holiday and a pick and NOP biting on it.

Can also see Portland taking a chance with turner expiring K, several first round picks and maybe a young player like Collins? Maybe they talk CJ but I doubt it.

Denver can really throw up a great package but I doubt they'll split up their core...if they did, it'd be Gary Harris, Beasley, Morris and MPJ plus a pick.

I still think our package beats everything because of the 4th pick in THIS year's draft...but let's see what Griffin values more.

I mean, yeah, I get it. Could bite him in the end though, Pelicans could have had a way better package from us at the deadline, and they passed. They really shouldn’t again

I imagine Klutch is making it clear to other teams that Davis isn’t interested.

No way can the Pelicans bring him back this season after all of this.

LOL. I love Darius Soriano man. He's always on point.

If I'm the Lakers...tell him to try and talk to those teams himself. Why should we go and do all this work for nothing?

I think what we're offering is FAIR given that AD will be an FA next summer...he's lucky to get what he's getting from us and I think Griffin is just trying to extract a little bit more from us before the deal is finalized...smart of him to do that.

I would remind NO that they could of had a better deal from us at the trade deadline. Don’t make the same mistake twice. Take the deal or we need to start exploring our other options Getting another 1 or 2 teams involved, increases the chances of the whole deal going south.

What is the point to narrowing to the Knicks? Kyrie? Durant?

Lakers have leverage. No need to deal the entire team.

Kuzma, wagner and the 4th. If you dont' like it, kick rocks and enjoy kevin knox

Massive leverage? Not really. AD is with Kluth, he basically sat out the end of the season and said knicks or Lakers... If he doesn't sign, so be it. Lakers need to negotiate from a position of strength not fear and desperation.

Do you prefer the: please griffin, take our entire team, lakers girls and staff, just please help us make lebron happy approach?
Im tired of the lakers dealing from a position of desperation. If we don't get AD so be it. Move on with some dignity. Ever since
the "please stay D. howard" BS, this team has seemed desperate.

Griffin should look to the Spurs and Toronto for exhibit A of what happens when you make deals out of spite.

We’re not getting a top 5 NBA player without BI or Zo going out in the deal. I can’t see any scenario in which the Pelicans don’t end up with BI. We do have leverage, and that leverage (him demanding a trade and saying only to LA or NY) let’s us get to the table and talk seriously where if we didn’t what we have wouldn’t be near enough for AD. Let’s not be crazy here, you still have to give to get, my sticking point is keeping one of Zo, Kuz, and the 4th pick, that should be what our leverage allows us to do, it doesn’t allow us to offer the Pelicans an insulting deal.

To be fair, and I do not like defending our FO, we did not seem desperate in our attempts to trade for Paul George or Kawhi. If we did seem more desperate we could have had PG, but we weren’t willing to give up the #2 and/or Ingram. Kawhi, I don’t believe we had a shot at because Pop hates us, but still, no godfather offer was rumored or leaked.

Imagine missing out on prime Anthony Davis because you didn’t want to give up Lonzo Ball or Brandon Ingram.

You don’t tell people that are about to lose generational talent for nowhere close to ADs value to kick rocks.

I hope so; we'll probably have to pay that Lakers tax, though. LOL.
