    Well, Vegas had us as the odds on favorites to land LeBron too. Honestly these odds makers have better sources than Woj & the rest of the BSPN Clowns.

    I'm actually not. We have the best possible trade package unless Ainge against all odds decides to throw Tatum in there. That ain't happening though, NO.

    AD telling any GM he isn't signing no matter what happens is the only sure fire way for him to get to the Lakers. See Carmelo when he was in Denver.

    This is actually true. Vegas doesn't like losing money. If we have the odds, they know something. The sports media thought there was a decent chance we signed Lebron. Vegas had us as a virtual lock.

    I'm still undecided as to whether I'd rather have Lebron/Kawhi/AD and a band of merry minimums, or if I want Lebron/Kawhi/Ingram/Lonzo/Kuzma/Garland. The Warriors have 3 scorers in Klay, Steph and KD. Klay is probably the second best shooting guard in the league, but couldn't make an all-NBA team because of how much of a backseat he has to take to the other two.Is 2 stars plus a great supporting cast better than 3 stars and crummy players around them?

    I'd prefer the ingram/kawahi/lebron team....lonzo/kuz/garland can still land us a true 3rd star like Beal. It would cost ALOT to get AD and he hasn't exactly been Mr. Ironman either.

    I hear you and agree. But I just feel that Lonzo would be the right guard for that super team. I no longer hold the same desire to keep Kuz in that scenario.

    I definitely don't dismiss Vegas odds. They change, but still. People are hearing something as far as AD heading to us.

    Same with Kawhi to the Clippers. But our odds there aren't insurmountable. Just gotta watch this all play out.

    Yes. I worry about Butler blending in and Kemba is older, but yeah. I'd take a combo of either along with AD and roll that out there next year.

    I wouldn't pencil in a championship but that's a good team.

    Yeah the fact that they have us as virtual locks to get AD is pretty crazy....I guess we'll find out more today after his meeting with Griffin.

    The deal should be Ingram/Lonzo/4th pick. It's a fair deal for both sides. If NOP doesn't want Ball, we can re-route him to Chicago for the 7th pick and more assets and throw that to them instead.

    If the lakers sign a solid free agent, they need to come out publicly and say they are not interested in AD to calm the nerves of the
    young guys. We don't need another season with this cloud over their head.
